A reminder to North Carolina members that the NC Recycling Business Development Grant (RBDG) round is open until October 19. Free money is hard come by these days and if you have equipment or other infrastructure needs to increase recycling capacity or expand utilization of recycled materials in the manufacture of goods, this is a great opportunity for recycling businesses in North Carolina.

The selection process is very competitive. Unfortunately, every good grant project cannot be funded. Related to that, SERDC has learned of a consultant that is offering assistance to recycling businesses with grant proposal development.   For thirteen years, she was a member of the RBDG grant selection committee and has read and scored hundreds of grant proposals.  Please reach out to sherry@mmr-consulting.com or visit http://www.mmr-consultants.com.
